Pinball machine check before dispatch
We’re happy to carefully check your new pinball machine for any technical or cosmetic faults before dispatch. To do this, we’ll unpack the pinball machine, set it up and test it thoroughly to ensure it arrives at your door in perfect condition.
Should anything later on not work as expected, or should you have any minor queries regarding your pinball machine, we’ll of course be on hand at any time to offer advice and support. Whether by phone, email, photos or video call, we’ll work with you to find a suitable solution quickly and easily.
Customised upgrades for your pinball machine
You can also customise your pinball machine even before it’s delivered. From playfield protectors and shooter lane protectors to anti-reflective glass and side armour, right through to sound upgrades – we’d be happy to show you the options available to enhance your pinball machine both visually and technically.
Personalised assembly and delivery service
We’re also happy to offer a personalised delivery service. Instead of you collecting it yourself or having it delivered by a haulage company, we’ll bring your pinball machine straight to your home and transport it to its final destination. Once it has been successfully and professionally assembled on site, we’ll give you a brief introduction so that nothing stands in the way of your gaming fun.
As the price for our personalised delivery service depends heavily on the distance involved, as well as the associated time and transport costs, we provide bespoke quotes for this.
